Terms of Service

Hostacker provides cloud compute, managed applications, AI services and GPU capacity as packaged products. Hostacker may source the underlying infrastructure from third parties and is responsible to you for the service as a whole.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by API keys, CI systems and AI agents you authorise. Keep credentials confidential and revoke them when they are no longer needed.

Fixed-price resources are billed monthly. Metered products are billed on measured usage. Invoices are issued at the end of each billing period and charged to your payment method on file.

Spending controls you configure are enforced by the platform, but you remain responsible for charges incurred within the limits you set.

We aim for high availability and publish incidents on the status page. Service level commitments, where offered, are defined per product and are not implied by this document.

You may close your account at any time; resources are destroyed and final usage is invoiced. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of the acceptable use policy, with notice where circumstances allow.

This document is a Phase 1 placeholder written to describe intent. It is not a binding legal agreement and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before commercial launch.
